Delivery information

Free postage is available on orders over £17.99, UK mainland, Highlands and Islands. Below this value a charge of £4.99 will be added. The shipping cost will be shown during checkout, before committing to your order.

We aim to send all parcels ordered Monday to Thursday on a next day delivery unless a delivery date is requested at the checkout.

Orders received on a Friday to Sunday, we aim to dispatch on the following Monday.

Please be aware during peak times dispatch may increase by a few days due to high volumes.

If your order is for a gift or a special occasion, there is an option to request a later delivery date of your choice, available at checkout.

Delivery schedule

We will normally send your order to you within 1 to 2 business days. Last order date for Christmas is on the 18th December at 3pm, we will keep dispatching after this on a next day service but cannot guarantee they will arrive on time.

Back orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
