An excellent light pudding packed with fruit and flavour and well suited to a dollop of Cornish clotted cream – not decadent in the slightest!

Went to Georgie Porgy in Budleigh Salterton today and amongst other puds, bought the lemon curd sponge. It was absolutely delicious. Tastes homemade. Can’t wait to get more.

Bought sponge puddings at Ardingly spring show and loved them. Ordered more and they arrived promptly and well packed. Will try more.
